    Mine were replaced yesterday. They were 5 years old with approx. 3500 miles on them.
    They gave me 80% off the new set. 215/70-R15.

    What bill? Wait let me see if I have this down. I go to tire store, pay out of pocket for 4 new BFG's, they take the old brown letter ones away, the bill shows the price for new tires and disposal fee of brown letter tires, I submit that to BFG/Michelin and they credit me?

    I had a 4 year old set replaced some time ago. Got a claim number from customer service. Had to take it to a Michelin retailer and was covered 100% They keep the old tires for disposal.
