will they work in an 84 regal with a buick 350 engine?

Depends what you mean. 68 Motor mounts and frame pads? Yes. You will have to redrill or weld the frame pads to the chassis. Or V-6 mounts and frame pads?? Yes too. Thats a bolt in. Mix and match 68 Motor mounts to V-6 frame pads? Nope. V-6 mounts and 68 frame pads? Nope too.

Well, now you have to make sure you have the 350 frame pads.

you could use a a 350 mount/v6 frame pad on left with a v6 mount/v6 frame pad on right and will bolt up but if you have a 78-80 car or wagon
the passanger valvecover will hit the ac box. you might get clearance on 81 and up cars depending on body location on frame but not much
i suggest grand national poly mounts(not cheap) but good enuff for 9 sec
turbo cars.
v6 mounts are bolt in setup. done it many times
