You have a '64 LeSabre? Post some pics please!

Someone on the board may have some, if not, they pop up on eBay all the time. If not, you can always buy some from CARS, Inc (www.oldbuickparts.com), which they say are "cleaned, cut, and calibrated", but they are expensive.

Its a customers car.

Pretty clean four door, 300 4 bbl. AT.

The person that sold it to the lady, told her it had A/C .
I think they failed to mention it is the 4/60 style :Brow:

Cars, Inc has a relining service...
You might want to try Kanter Auto Products, out
of Booton NJ...800-526-1096 or check out their website:
www.kanter.com (http://www.kanter.com)
That's where I got my front drums for my 65 Lesabre.

Thanks. I had already checked them out. I may have to order them.

She has finned drums on it (one aloy, one cast). She only cares if she can stop the darn thing

I have two nice ones from a 64 Electra 225. They are 45 fin drums.

I believe they are the same as the LeSabre....hopefully someone can verify that.

Asking $125 for the pair.

It has been my experience that all the big cars used the same drum.

Scott,

Put me second in line for them if they are 12.050 or so or less in diameter. If I remember correct 12.060 is max diameter for them.

I'll have to get both of them measured to be sure.

My brother finally got the drums measured. One was 12.11" and the other was 12.15".

He measured from the middle. I don't know if it makes a difference which part of the surface you measure from......I would think it should be flat across.
