trade or not to trade

I own a 1970 Buick GS Stage One Auto no a/c sloan documented, build sheet all original numbers matching and all original sheet metal. I have a trade in front of me for a 1987 Grand National 5,000 miles sell documented and he will give $10,000 cash. Should I do the trade?

I would keep the Stage 1 myself. I assume its in really good shape.

Need a bit more info. Obviously you are considering it because of circumstances. Looking for a change? Need some cash? This car is better for some reason to you? etc... I would personally also keep the stage one though, just because of preferece.
