Just wanted to let you know, that the V8Buick bulletin board is one of the few forums that I visit that uses the full width of my new 22" wide screen LCD....:TU: :TU: :TU:

Run out and get a wide screen if you have some bucks to spare....

I had actually been thinking about getting a laptop for our next home system, but have pretty much decided against that, as I'd rather have a larger flat panel, than the portability of a laptop. We have wireless set up in our house now, so a laptop would be nice, but... I also hate the smaller keys arrangement.

I just picked up a widescreen 19" LCD. Best thing about it is that I gained over a foot of desk space over that huge CRT monitor I had!
Its a Samsung 940mw with built-in speakers, and a cool p-i-p feature that allows another video source (like tv) to also be displayed on the screen.:grin:
Not a bad deal at $230!
Comp USA has a 19" widescreen on sale tonight for $140. Part of the 'Windows Vista' festivities....whoopie.....
I know I won't be waiting in line to buy Microsofts latest....

My local Circuit City and Staples cleared out all their 'old' PC systems to unveal the new Vista systems. Might be some smokin deals out there for XP based systems.
