Rebuild on a 1932 Buick "updraft" carb??

Anyone out there know where or have the knowledge to rebuild/refurbish the updraft (??) carb on my uncle's 1932 Buick Sedan??

Should I visit the BCA board with this? Suggestions welcomed.
