Haven't been on the forum for a while, but appreciate any info. I have a set of 28x10x15 slicks I want to put on my 72 GS. I dont want to have to cut up the wheel well or the wheel opening trim. I am thinking I should use a 10" wheel with 51/2" backspacing? Is this too wide of a wheel? Any thoughts?

Hey Joe, would it be too much trouble to post a pic? Wanted to go with the same set up on mine. Just was unsure of how the Prostar that wide would look.
