Looks GREAT Gary, I can see many hours of hard work you have done. Keep up the good work, gotta love them 58's!

Nice and low, very cool, and with a 425 what else could you ask for.
What is the diff out of and what trailing arm set up have you used. Is it home fabricated? looks similar to a Nascar kit I saw for a pickup truck?
I am building a 56 2 door sedan with 425 and looking at options for the rear end. Any advice appreciated.

Have you tried Steele Rubber for your body / chassis mounts, they list the parts and could possibly put a kit together.
I can't list the link until 10 posts but do a search for Steele Rubber or phone 800 447 0849
Hope this helps.

Thanks Guys. I have looked at steele rubber but it just has the different parts. does any one know how many of each i need and i think one goes between the body and frame and another goes between the bolt and bottom of the frame (does this sound right) but i'm not sure of part # and how many.
The rear is an 8.8" ford with 3:55 gears (I got it real cheap I figured I would give it a shot) a 700R4 trans and the trailing arm set up was custom made by a guy locally who has been doing custom suspensions for a long time the frame will actually sit on the ground but the tire that are on it are 2" taller than the white walls I will be using.

Cars has all the body mounts you need http://buick-parts.com/cat360/, check your Body/Chassis manual I believe there are 20-25 rubber mount points....
