View Full Version : Jeep parts interchange?

A guy at work has a Buick 350 with a manual trans behind it out of an old Jeep.

Will the bellhousing, flywheel, etc work with other small or big block Buick cars?
What kind of trannies did these Jeeps use? I assume it would be some stupidly low geared unit not suitable for a car?

the jeep flywheel should be drilled for an 11 inch clutch. moist other buick 350 flywheels were not.

Bellhousing will fit either SBB or BBB.
