Will 15x7 wheels fit my 69 Lark ?

Which wheels will fit ? So I can use the widest tire possible? Which back space ? What is the bolt pattern ?

Chris, the Buick Performance Group forum here is for news/happenings related to the BPG club. We have a forum here for questions relating to tires and wheel, named The Hides.

To partially answer your question, the 15x7 rims will fit fine as long as they are GS/Skylark rims, not full-size Buick rims. They need to be 5 bolt on a 4.75" bolt pattern.

I believe that with appropriate backspacing, you can run 275-295 tires, though not on a 7" rim. Have a read thru The Hides, lots of info there on this subject.
