More can't post photos

By reading these post I fugured why I cannot post pictures for a second time but even with new photos on photobucket it comes up as invalid URL? Is there a way to post from home computer without photobucket? I try and just get blank white window upon download. Thanks

If you change the name of the doc you can post the same photo again.
