65 GS decode

I am looking at a 65 GS and the VIN shows a "Z" which would be the Fremont,CA plant. The cowl tag shows "FB"xxxxx in the body info area.
Is this FB the Flint plant?:Do No: There is no Z anywhere on the cowl tag??:confused:

FB = Fisher Body

Fremont used 'BF' on the cowl plate, and 'Z' in the VIN.
