I want to put a set of the original style american racing torque thrust wheels on my 1970 stage 1 4speed. I can get either a 15x7(-6 offset and 3 3/4 backside) or 15x8.5(-24 offset and 3 3/4 backside). The front will definetly be 15x7 but the back might do better with the 15x8.5. I have 275/60-15 tires in mind for the back. what is the offset and backside on a stock 1970 15x7 buick sport wheel? I assume when american racing lists backside it means backspacing? can anyone help?
