cylinder heads

A friend needs to replace the cracked heads on his '56 322 and has access to some rebuilt 364 heads. On initial inspection it looks like the head gasket lines up but the exhaust manifold would have to be changed. Any possibilities here or does he keep searching for the correct heads

Make sure you can get manifolds that will clear the steering box on that 56 and fit your heads. Love the motor pictured with your posts!
