Wrong time settings?

Is anyone else having trouble with the time settings here on the v8 board? The home page, and all the threads are one hour earlier than CST, which is what my setting is on in the "user cp options". I tried changing it just to see if it would correct it by changing the time zone, but it still wouldn't show the correct time.

I can't figure it out. I have my time zone set on Central time, but it shows to be one hour earlier on the home page and threads. I changed it to Eastern time, and it shows accurate Eastern time (one hour ahead). I changed to to Mountain Time, and it shows accurate Mountain time (one hour behind). But when I changed it to Pacific time, it goes back three hours from Central time, instead of just two. No matter what time zone I set it on, it will not show accurate Central time. :Do No:

same problem,i have tried a few different time settings & closest i can get is an hour behind or ahead.

No problems here in Central zone. I'm set at GMT -6:00 Central. Also set "DST corrections always on".

That's exactly how I have it set, and it shows your post was at 9:21 am, but it was really 10:21 in Central time!!!!

Could it be cookies on my computer? Should I clear them out and try it? I wouldn't think that would have anything to do with it, but who knows. I just hate having to re-enter all my log ins after clearing out the cookies.

I don't know James, but it shows the correct time in my post on my computer. Maybe clearing cookies will do it.

ok logging out & resetting the "dst" setting to allways on seemed to work.:laugh: thanks,thats been bugging the hell out of me
