'91 Park Ave. Horn

OK, I'm not real good with the late model computer cars. One day the horn stopped working on my '91 Park Ave. I looked in the fuse panel and there is no fuse for the horn. I even bought a Haynes manual for that car and it was useless for that problem. Anybody know where to look. Where is the horn relay? Any help, please.

I think a lot of the relays on the Park's are under the hood, on top of the firewall. There should be one or a few (I forget) of plastic covers, I think starting behind the power steering pump and then going over towards the driver side.
