Removing Heads

I need some direction
Is there any particular order to unbolt the heads of a 70' Buick 350 or does it
only matter when tightening the heads?
And what is the sequence for tightening the heads?

You can go in reverse breaking the bolts loose one at a time, it doesn't hurt.

You can also leave two of the end bolts in just a bit loose so when you break heads loose they don't fall on your foot. Not pleasant

Got them off no problem. Any idea where I can get the head gaskets? They would need to be exported to South Africa.
