Can everyone tell me what the original Color is?

69= silver mist but 23= ?

You have an Oshawa Ontario Canada Built 69 GS 400
Option codes for D55 console M40 Auto stamped into body Tag .
Oshawa built GM cars were the only plant to stamp body modifications into body tag.

Looks like Buick stamped all the data on that tag "down" one line from where it's normally seen.

Another great example of how these cars were built by regular folks and errors were all too common.
