I have a 1987 Buick Regal and I am in the process of getting a 455 out of a 1975 Buick Electra. I want the Regal to at least run 12's, but I know nothing about Buick engines. I know a lot about sbc, but I want to keep the Regal all Buick. I don't have much money right now, and all the parts I have are for sbc. If any of you out there have any tips for me I appreciate it.

My combo might be different than yours, but it hasn't been to bad so far.

You might try finishline motorsports for engine stuff, click on my hyperlink for info.

You will need some new motor mounts. The tranny cross member probably will not work. If you go with aluminum heads don't use the 2 1/8" headers, they wont fit. If you use the stage two track elim head your firewall will be smashed to fit :eek2:
