Daylight saving time not be reflected.

I just noticed that the time I see on the board is an hour behind.
Checked my user settings and all seems to be set correctly.
(GMT offset, Auto DST is checked)

I'm sure the vBulletin software doesn't know that DST starts early this year.

There, set mine for Eastern time, and it's perfect. :)
