What kind of times do you expect to run?

If you are going to drive in the rain, ever, then get Nitto drag radials. It is the only drag radial that is relatively safe in rain. I run a 275/60/15 on an 8 inch rim. Good street tire. Holds up well.
If you will never drive in the rain get the Mickey Thompson's. Be warned they are treacherous in the rain. The BF Goodrich is a little better but still hear lots of horror stories if the pavement is wet. I have BF Goodrich for the GN but on a separate set of wheels. I would not dream of driving the GN in the rain on those tires. GN's are tricky enough in the rain.

I would have to agree with the M/T's being horrible in the rain. I got caught once and skated all the way home.

What 60' are you running? I think you'll be hard pressed to improve on the QT's, unless there shot.

I would guess you have some pretty solid 60-fts, since 108 mph for a 12.2 doesn't sound like a top-end pass. If you want a street tire that can be driven on the strip, but also cover the wet, you may want the Nitto's. Otherwise I'd probably choose the MT's.
But I'd say find a good street tire and swap 'em out at the track. If you're bracket racing, you don't want to even have to worry about traction.

I'm going with the M/T sportsman pros 12.5 x 28. It never rains here anyway, and I don't want tire spin.
Now working to get them under the car. It's a tight fit, so going to fold the trim and lip up a little.

My 60' ave 1.76. The car is in stock appearing trim. The Hoosier are older, maybe 10 years?
