can anyone convert me : 30 ft.lbs and 12.5 foot pounds ,
in Newtonmeter ?
That would be helpful for tightening my buick 1960 frontwheel bearings.

30 ft-lb = 40.7 N-m

12.5 ft-lb = 16.9 N-m

(Old thread bump, I know, but I'm kinda bored...)

There's lots of good conversion sites, but if your browser has a google search box you can save a few steps and just ask google. Just google for something like "30 foot pounds to newton meters" or "20 miles to km" and it will give you the answer above any search results.
