I have bet going, saying that the 66 is a longer car than the 72 skylark. Meaning which one is longer and wider?? Does anyone know??

You mean they made the cars smaller in the 70's than the 60's, I must be ass backwards then!!:Dou:

No i dont mean they made smaller cars in the 70`s but the 66 happens to be a longer car than the `70.

As far as two doors go, the 72 has a 112 inch wheelbase, the 66 is 115. Right?

Don't have my ref books with me right now; but, as far as width, I believe the '66 rear axle is about an inch shorter than that of a 1972 A-body. That could indicate that the '72 is wider.
