I am wondering if anyone could help shed some light on my situation. I am trying to figure out how to get my Gen Light to go off.
I thought that my Volt. Reg was my problem but it wasnt. I changed it this morning and the light still comes on when the engine starts running and stays on untill I turn the engine off.
I did find that if I took the cover off a mech. volt reg. there is a contact that if I touched the bottom contact the light would go off.
Any idea on why it would do that or were I should check
