George, when i did the 455 transplant in my car i hooked it up to a TKO 600 and i had trouble finding the pedal and z-bar set up so a member on the board suggested hydrolic,so i went that route.I used a Wilwood remote master cylinder kit, part #260-3374.I made an angle bracket that was secured to the studs for the brake booster so the clutch master would mount under the booster at an angle. From there the flex line went down to the TO brng. There is a fluid resevoir that i mounted on the firewall, and a rubber hose that goes to the cylinder.I had to fabricate a rod to connect to the clutch pedal from the threaded rod of the clutch master cylinder.Of course this was all done prior to placeing the motor in and fenders on so it was easy. Now for the TO brng, i used a McLeod unit part # 1364#2.It mounts directly onto the front of the Tremec and holds the bearing race for the trans. input shaft. There are 2 flex lines attached to the TO brng and its a little tight getting the trans into the register bore in the bell housing with the brng. and lines mounted on the front, but if you use a trans jack its easier. The only problem ive had with the brng is that mine leaked when i 1st used it and had to pull the trans to fix it under warranty by McLeod. Having to pull the trans. cause of the leak has made me think maybe i should have looked at a remote slave mounted to the trans or motor to operate a clutch fork set up.You will have to bleed the master 1st. keeping the resv. filled, then bleed the TO .The system works great, just a little challange to make it all fit,but thats the fun of it all so you can rip some gears. If you want some pics i can send them to your e-mail,I havn't figured out how to put pics on the board yet.Maybe i should learn ,so others on the board can take a look.Hope this helps. Bob

It's all right here.

If I had to do it over again I look harder at using a slave cylinder attached to the cross member. Easier access, leaks on the ground not on the clutch and makes the trans easier to get in and out.
