Submit private offer option.

I see that most people have a submit private offer option in their listings, when I list parts, that does not show up on my listings, how do I do that?

It's there. THe reason you're not seeing it, is because YOU are the seller. It will not show up when you view your own listings. I looked up your listings, and it is there.
