Need help identifying application and size of a holley spreadbore. Has LIST-6499 and 0765 on airhorn. Other numbers are on 7051 6499 and 7794 6499. Also has 6R-4158B. Any help would be appreciated, thanks. Sam

Looks like a 4165 series carburetor(spreadbore) made to replace the Q-jet. 650 CFM.
