I dug around today and have some wheels to find some info about and maybe new homes. The first is a 14X7 Buick Rally. Could be a 6.5 width. after some time in the blasting cabinet the stamping is as follows:
m4 (could be W4) with a small 9 below it then 11 22 60. O have two of them.

The other whell I am curious about is a Pontiac wheel. It's a 14x 6.5 of 7. The stamping is right next to the valve stem. M5 with the small 0 belowit then 2 13 KN. The tire that is on the rim is a P215/75R14. So I surmise that the rim is a 14 x 7.

Once I can I.D. the wheels I will proceed with either giving them away to someone who wants or needs them or try and sell them. I have lots of 15 X 7 Buick Rally wheels from the mid-70's.

What would be the correct code for a 14 X 7 rally on a 1970 GS? I know the WG is the 15X7 and the '71 is WM.

"M4 with a small 9 below it, then 11 22 60"

The wheel is a 14x7 and was built on 11/20/69, so it would be from a 70 car. The 60 is the wheel size (6"), and would designate this as an early 70 wheel. They didn't start application codes until the later part of the 70 model year.

after some more clean up on the Pontiac wheel I found the following stamping on teh inside of the wheel. B 14 x 6 JJ M5 D0 DOT Made in Canada upside down T 991 2 13 80 Z U. The 14 X 6 JJ and DOT Made in Canada I understand. The rest is still code to me. I am wondering if it is something other than a Pontiac wheel. Olds maybe? If I have a digital camera I'd post a picture of it.
