Being logged in but not...

Sometimes when i am reading a thread, and it links to another thread, i will end up with like 3 threads open separately. When i am done reading everything i will go back to the first page, after closing the rest, and my "new posts" etc. will be gone. It is like im visiting the site and my username will be on the "users online" list. I will try to re-log in and it will say thanks for logging in and go back to me visiting it. I have to wait until the system like....automatically logs me off to log back in. Anyone else have this happen? Anyone know the problem? Thanks :Do No:

I'm not sure what the time frame is, but I've noticed that when I'm idle for a length of time I come back as logged off.

It would be most helpful if there was a way to get the board to keep us logged on longer.

Make sure your all clicking the 'remember me" box when you log in.. and just like Cason, I never have to enter my password, unless I am doing admin stuff.
