Wow,buy it now of $6500 and no motor and only 100,000 miles on transmission . But then again you don't see them for sale too often .

I find it hard to believe Buick sold that car as a GSX without a Sport steering wheel and Rally wheels. I wonder if those are the "swivel" bucket seats GM had back in the mid 70's? Could be cool with a front & rear spoiler, a stage 2 scoop and a built 455. Hope it goes to a good home. Later, Randy

Looks like it's back. There was a lot of discussion the last time it was listed. I would love to find one with everything where it belonged.

I had a chance at a non-GSX Apollo that was 1-owner condition for $1700, but I couldn't convince myself to pull the trigger.

Yep. I actually checked it out one night. We have a friend who lives about two blocks away and we were at his place for a bbq. I figured I could have went there with $1500 cash and walked away with it. But I really don't have any reason to have it other than it was an original family car in old-lady-to-church shape.

Here's a picture from the ad (would have made a great X clone):

Man, you guy's out on the Left coast are spoiled!!!!!!!!!!!
People in the rust belt would break their arm trying to get the money out to buy that clean for a measly $1500 bucks.:eek2:

You're right Tom, and I had the money. It just didn't make much sense when I have a far-from-finished car in my garage to buy it. It would have made a cool daily driver, but it almost seems like it deserved better.

HI Sreve , Don't quote me on this but i know for sure they did make them but the how many is what i'm not certain . I believe it to be only in 1974 and the numbers are around 1500 ( not sure ). The only thing is, the Apollo GSX was not a performance car but appearance only ,bucket seats ,a stripe package and the GSX lettering . Most of them only had six cylinders chevs in them.
