Setting up a carburetor with a A/F meter

I've got my first carb with air bleeds.
I've read quite a bit on line so i think i have a fair understanding about the relationship between air bleeds and fuel jet.
i'm using the FAST A/F Meter
My goal is @WOT 12.5-12.8.
Running a QuickFuel P-1050. on a 464CID
And a new blank note book....
I'm looking for recommended reading.
There are tons of carb books. Which one?
