Priveleges

I've been a member for about a year now. I'm able to post questions and read replies, but when I go to post to thank the person(s) who reply because they have helped me, I get a sign on screen that keeps recurring and I keep filling out and never seem to be allowed to post my thanks to these people. One of the reasons that is given as to why I can't proceded past the sign-in is because I may not have been given those priveleges. I've searched the site for a way to contact the administrator to ask how to obtain reply privileges but can't seem to find a link to actually contact the administrator. I've posted questions several times over the past year and have been stymied trying to thank the people who respond. I have to come off as an ingrate especially since members have been very kind and understanding to a newbie.

Your account privileges are OK.

Try this:

1) Logout
2) Open the internet explorer and go to tools.
3) Delete all temporary internet files.
4) Delete all cookies.
5) Log back in and be sure you have Remember Me checked.

I that didn't do it, try using Firefox once.
If it works in Firefox, update you Internet Explorer to the most recent version.
