I have a 72 Skylark with a 70BBB Stage1 in it. Now my AC compreeor is toast. I am thinking about replacing my A-6 compressor with a Sanden 508. But what do I need to do about brackets? Does someone make aftermarket brackets to make the change to a Sanden? I've read on this board that several members are using the Sanden compressor, can someone post some pictures?

Thanks, Scott

WAIT!!!! Dont go with the Sanden just yet. My local A/C supplier just showed me a new compressor thats out now.
Identical outside to the A-6 but uses sanden type internals + its a aluminum body. Uses all the original style mounting flanges of the A-6.
Email me so I dont forget & I'll get the name of it for you
