Some child seat opinions plz.

Hey all, what do you guys use for booster seats in the back of your Lark. My son is now 4 and he has grown out of the 4 harnish car seat that was secured by the lap belt. All the booster seats now adays just secure by the lap and shoulder belt. My son must ride with me this spring..

My son is only two and so I will not be using a booster seat for a little while but could you tell me what brand 4 harness car seat you used? I'll be starting to look around for a car seat to use for my son that can be secured with the lap belt for hopefully this summer.

I picked up a Graco car seat a couple years ago at Target, just a basic child seat, put the middle lap belt through and torqued it at tight as possbile, never had a problem. Now his little legs are up against the seat

We had problems getting a child seat for my daughter in my Camaro (sold to buy my GS). My wife knew the gal that worked for the local police dept. that does child seat inspections so she called her to get help. Turns out that not only could she help, but the police are part of a program that has inexpensive seats that you can buy, and she strapped it in for my wife! Check with the local police and I'll bet you could come up with the same deal where you area.

i bought a booster without the backing for my daughter who is about to turn 4 from toys r us. Its was 20 bucks and also uses just the lap belt. Since there wasnt a lot of padding in it, I had my upholster add a little cusion and then match the material to my interior. It works out good for her. Good luck
