P.S. This is a CANADIAN 1969 Buick Skylark Custom with what I believe to be a HiPo 350 4-bbl! I also believe the car to come from the Oshawa Ontario plant.

9= 1969
1= Canada again (Oshawa plant maybe?)
100806 = GM serial number
Cowl Tag
ST69 = 1969 body style
44437 = Buick Skylark Custom
OS = Oshawa (not sure on that one)
585063 BDY = Fisher Body ID number
T175 = Trim 175 ( Pearl White Vinyl Notch Back Seat)
8E= Build date (5th week of August)
522E PNT = lower and upper body color ( sorry I don't know what colors they represent, the 2E may be a black vinyl top)
A65 = Custom trim - Vinyl- Notch Back Seat
CO8 = Custom trim- Vinly roof covering
L77 = High performance V8 engine, 350 cu.in. W/4 bbl carb.
M3B= is a mystery?,could it be M38? that would be a Turbo-Hydramatic 350 Transmission.
Sorry, cant help with the engine block code.

The engine block number you found is a part number.
The serial number and engine code are what you are looking for is on the left side of the block that you can see between the heads and the exhaust manifold. Roberta

Well it's deffinatly an "8" although the M3B would make more sense....
