My English wife of 24 years died of cancer in 1993 when we lived (were stationed, USAF) in England. Now my girl friend and best friend for the last 10 years told me Tuesday she also has cancer. Please pray for her as she is a good woman, loves anything connected with cars, drag racing, etc. Thanks in advance

We will keep you and your girlfriend in our thoughts and prayers. My dad was just recently diagnosed with lung cancer. He is going through chemotherapy right now.

I hope things go well for your girl friend. Stay strong not only for her,but for yourself too. It's a hell of a battle for all involved. I lost my grandpa to cancer. Last year my wife's grandpa died from cancer and her aunt is currently going through chemo. Friday my father in law found out he has pre-cancerous polyps in his colon . As for me,at age 31 I was diagnosed with cancer. Luckily it was caught early and I have been in remission for 12 years.

I wish you and your Lady the best of luck . My wife and I both have cancer , she had her surgery in November and was doing pretty good until a few weeks ago and now seems to be all down hill . I put off my surgery until she was better which she was doing and I set my surgery,
but now I am putting it off again . I just can't take care of her while I am recovering from surgery too.
I wish you two the very best of luck .

Bless you. I've got two family members that have beaten it--one for 12 years and when I was taking him to chemo I thought he was done. I'll say a prayer for you and SS-TRuck. He's been fighting for awhile.

She has had 14 radiation treatments as of yesterday and can no longer speak. We are hoping after awhile her voice will return. Her cancer is in her vocal cords. I guess this is normal to lose your voice while under going radiation treatment in that area, but I really don't know? Thanks for asking about her, I appreciate it.
