Prayers for Carol Rix, Please!

Carol suffered a stroke last Thursday, and has since had another. She is stable and there appears to be no permanent damage, however, she is undergoing a lot of tests to find the cause. She is at the University of Chicago Medical Center
Please keep her and Tom in your prayers. They are both very dear to all of us.
We will keep you posted.

Thanks so much for all the prayers and kind words, they truly have made a difference.

I did bring Carol home from the hospital late this afternoon and with a little help from me to steady her she was able to walk in the house using her own 2 legs. She still has weakness in her left arm and shoulder but with some in home therapy that will improve. Prognosis for a full recovery is very good and we hope to be back out racing in May.

The team of Doctor's at the University of Chicago were outstanding, but as they said, "It was the Man upstairs that did the work"!
