Anybody here read this book yet? I just read it on a camping trip over the weekend. I thought it was certainly a touching, moving, encouraging and inspirational read, and I certainly recommend it.
While I know the story is purported to be true and as accurate as possible in the re-telling, there is some theology that I wonder about in the book. Perhaps I just need to sit with it a bit longer, but, quite honestly, some statements/conclusions in there make me scratch my head.
Nevertheless, I enjoyed it! It sounds like the book is doing wonders in terms of bringing many people to know, understand and appreciate God and his love, which is fantastic in my books (pardon the pun). :TU:
Any other thoughts? :Do No:
