The Buick Skylark was manufactured in Iran(only 4 doors) from 1977 until 1989, under the brand name of BUICK IRAN. The first generation was known as B1,B2,B3,B4,B5, from 1977 until 1981 and the second and last generation was known as the B2 and B3 from 1985 until 1989. This car was equipped with a 5.7 L engine(sb chevy 350) and full option package (power door locks, power steering, automatic transmission,a/c). The Cadillac sevile and chevrolet nova were manufactured in iran during the same period. It appears that these models were basically the same as those built in the U.S. from 1975 to 1979.
GM ceased all production of vehicles in Iran in December 1987.

yes it`s so hard for spare parts but -thanks to china.:Dou: u cann`t belive to see the GM Parts That Labled MADE IN CHINA. Unfortunatly.

i`m going to place 1 electrical fan for Air condition improvement behaind my raidiator.

how can i start it with A/C switch (when it need`s to be start) ???

stupid question perhaps, but if your vehicle is a 89, and production ended in Dec 87 why is it not labeled a 88? also after the departure of the shah in 1979 how was an american company viewed in your country? am surprised that it was even there.

good question body - from 19834 tp 1987 the production stoped but the didn`t sold them cuase of iran-iraq war and bad economy (can u suggest that in these ages the gas was gold (to get) and the gm`s market was totaly closed but after war they start solding some of these hero`s -you can see these hidden stores (underground) and now in 2010 we understand that we ham 20-30 of new cadillac sevile and buick skylark and chevy nova (can u see):Do No:
