The diagram in the Buick Product Service Bulletins shows an exploded view of the center section of the horn ring, including spacer, spring, insulators, contact plate, and adjusting nut. The insulator closest to the adjusting nut is missing and I was wondering if that was causing the horn to sound when the wheel is turned. Does anyone know where I might be able to locate the missing insulator closest to the adjusting nut? If the missing insulator is not causing the horn to sound what is? Thanks for any help.
