Great car..... I want one (a clone that is) since I will never be able to afford a real one and I would not be affraid to drive a clone.....

Just curious: Did the car start out as a GS or a Skylark? Sweet looking car!

Don, your car looks great...if you want to post multiple pics, just post a reply in your thread and attach a pic to each post.

Nice car Don! I'd like to see some engine shots, if possible :TU:
Todd -
It's originally a 1972 Skylark 350

Don, what all have you done with the interior? You've done a very nice job with it :TU:

Hey Chris,
The carpet, buckets seats, headliner have been replaced. I still need to recover the rear seat. I pulled the dash and repainted it and installed a new NOS clock. I replaced the Skylark steering wheel and replaced it with a three spoke from OPG.
The door panels are looking ok, but I would rather change them out too. The car has A/C and power windows with an electric trunk release. The A/C is still R12, I have not yet converted it over. I hope to continue the interior this summer.

Don, you might want to look into joining the Buick Performance Group (BPG) (http://www.buickperformancegroup.com) if you have not already. The Bi-monthly newsletter is great, along with other member benifits such as vendor discounts...:Brow:. Just thought I would pass that along... :TU:
Beautiful car, Don:TU:

Thanks Bart - It has been funny when people walk up while at the gas station and say, "nice Chevelle"... LOL
