With antifreeze dripping on the floor, the heater core is likely your problem.
I've had to replace mine, it was a huge PITA. You might want to consider removing the RF seat to get easier access, otherwise it's fairly straight foreward.
As far as a new heater core, I'm not sure if they are available. You might have to have yours re-cored.
Or, the easiest fix would be to by-pass the heater core completely. That's what I ended up doing when my re-cored unit crapped out again.

I agree with Cameo Invicta, a PITA. I did my 64 Cat. Bought a new one from NAPA.
Had to pull Pass. seat and consol. after that there are one or two hard to reach bolts on firewall. remove hood hinge or get someone with small hands. or go through antenna plate in wheel well
My car dont have a/c, which makes it easier. once that is done just take out the bolts and the unit.
Make sure to DRY out or replace the carpet pad completely. Good time to put new carpets in if needed. I did and cleaned up the floor of the car.
Just time consuming
Good Luck

Check out the ROA website, www.rivowners.org - sounds like it's time for a re&re for your heater core. Not to add to your problem, on 1st generation Rivs I do believe it requires removal of the right front fender to replace the heater core, and I've also heard it can be a 'PITA' job too ! :Do No:

You'll have to unbolt the blower cover on the engine side of the firewall. Then slide out the core assembly from under the dash.
