Have you looked above the gas tank? Also try under the back seat. Was your car restored? It may have been removed or it may never have been placed in the first place. I know on my Sportwagon, there is a piece of paper visible at the very top of the gas tank. I haven't investigated further since I don't need the additional headache of a disconnected fuel tank at this time. Wayne

I think Kansas? 7th number in vin is a K
