Hi
Okay, so I had plans on the Rally wheels for my 68 Riv. until I got my wheels and got the Riviera Review issue of the identification for the wheels. So I check my 4 wheels and found. They were all different codes. All 15x6 with 5 on 5. 1 had a 2 1/8 inch hole for the centre cap while 3 others had the 2" hole. However all of them had different codes.

1 wheel had 853 on it
1 was not stamped (had Z1 23B)
1 had m1 11 24 WK
1 Had 6 JJ m4

What should I do????? Will they fit on the Riviera? I need opinions.
In the issue it says

"certain wheels should not be used because of lack of register between the wheel and the wheel hub and a different backspace.

I think they are usable, I can take some pictures another day and post them.
I mean if they fit on mine, I will use them. But I don't really want to mix and match.

I have a copy of the article from Gary and it is most informative - the latest issue of the ROA Riview (Nov./Dec.) also has a very good 2 page article on full size '64-'78 chrome road wheels - I'll try a scan when time permits. :TU:

Ya, I got both from the email and the Review issue. But it says something about backspacing. I don't want to mix and match the wheels
