I'm in! Our church down here in S. Florida (Calvary Chapel) helped with 60 of these kids.

I have been praying for these people since I heard the story a couple days ago. Seems like the disfunctional hatian government could better spend their time explaining what happened to the Billions of relief money they have received from the US over the last decade. Seems like they don't care what happens to their own people . It makes it hard for people to continue donating money

What is meant for our harm, He turns for our good. May God be glorified in all things, and we recognize what it is :)

Prayer sent. As far as the national "news" reports went, it smelled more like a tabloid muckraking job than anything resembling factual news reporting.

The day is coming when journalists will be held in even more contempt than lawyers.

YES!! Prayers FTW! The link above didn't work for me, though. Page Not Found. It will be interesting to get your friend Drew's side of the story. For some reason I think it might be a little different than what we were presented with on the "news".

Is this even possible?

I'll admit it's a stretch, but I think it could happen. What happens this November will tell us all for sure what the mood the country is in.

Personally, I believe that anyone who has aligned themselves with the status quo in WA D.C. (which journalists are very much a part of) is facing a bloodbath in the general elections.

And look at what's happened in the last few years to the traditional media. I don't think the Internet is to blame, people just went there because they are sick and tired of the same old liberal talking points being spewed forth in the newspapers and on TV news.

Rush is doing very well. Air America went under. NBC, ABC and SeeBS are hurting. Fox is cleaning their clocks.

Just my $0.02
Dan
