pump return spring AFB

Hi,

the pump return spring from my Carter 4061 S is missing..does someone know a source to get a new one ?
Maybe there are also springs from other carbs I could use ?

I use my custom Q-jet accellerator pump return springs. I have to carefully bend the ends in slightly for a better fit, but they work fine.....Cliff

I ordered one at a shop, hopefully its the right one and arrives here soon..it should be the right one. Otherwise I will try your way.

It was all the time missing..I think its just for smooth acceleration at low speeds. But now the carb gets overhauled and I dont want to put it together without.

So..I received a spring; hopefully its the right one.

Actually theres a problem with the secondary lock out; the plate seems to be very loose, I'm not sure if theres everything right.

Maybe theres someone who can post a detailed pic from this area so I can compare ?

Or does someone know if the lock up plate is just connected to the carb by the hole ?
