I have used several.
Tri-city Plating, elizabethton TN does decent work, nice people, I like them. Turnaround was fast.
Jon Wright Customchrome plating in Grafton OH can do the best I have seen. It is also the most expensive I have ever used, I'm ashamed to tell how much I paid for a front bumper, and they had to re-do it. And it took 9 months turnaround time, they are very busy. Nice people, clean shop, I took the grand tour.
North Star in Brainard MN does OK work, about on par with Tri-City, maybe a tick better.
