Which Carb

I've bought the 455 advertised by Wheelz in the ads section and although he reckons t's a runner I want to change the carb for something easly available in the UK. The choices are:

Edelbrock or Holley

So which make and what model of carb would be the best in an engine that for starters will probably have a Lunati Voodoo cam as the only modification.

Cheers Neil......can I assume then that either of the two is fine providing it has as much CFM as possible?
