Last weekend we had a big Buick event in the Netherlands, loads of nice Buicks showed up during the weekend.
The weather was A-1, good for camping out! On saturday there was a Show & Shine in a shoppingstreet in the city of Emmeloord, after this we all went for a BBQ at the campsite. Later that night there was a big party in a huge tent. On Sunday we had a 90 miles cruise with all the cars in a big convoy, great sight!

My good friend Gouke de Jong passed away on Tuesday June 17th at the age of 37. He was a big help in organizing this Buick weekend, his nice 69 Riviera was in the centre of the Show & Shine on Saturday.

1970 Buick Riviera driver Japio (did this guy escape from ZZ Top?) showed up in true Dutch style, wearing wooden shoes with Buick Tri-Shields. He put a lot of work in it, people were impressed!
