Installing 60's stering wheel ???

Hi, I've got this early 60's wheel that I want to install on the Wildcat, but I'm not sure how to correctly remove and install it? The later wheels have two holes that you insert a puller into and pull it off, but this one seems to require a different technique. I thought I'd ask here before I start breaking something.

Remove those 4 bolts/screws that hold the horn contacts together, and then you should be able to remove the long horn button. Underneath all that, it should be like a normal steering wheel.
